Our Process

Here's Exactly What
Happens After You Sign.

Trades owners are process people. You shouldn't have to wonder what you're paying for each month. So we built a system that's easy to see — and easy to hold us to.

🏗️ Clear steps from day one 📋 No surprises 📍 NJ · NYC · PA
⏱️ Under 10 min/week Your ongoing time commitment once we're live
📅 Live in 14 days First content approved and posting within two weeks of kickoff
📊 Measured from day one Baseline set at onboarding so results always have context

The Six Phases of Every Engagement

From your first call to your monthly report — this is the full picture, in order.

1

The Discovery Call

⏳ 20 minutes · Before you commit

This isn't a sales call. It's a conversation. You tell us about your business — your market, your competitors, what you've tried, what's frustrated you about marketing. We tell you honestly whether we think social media is the right lever for where you are right now, and whether TrueFuture is the right fit for your type of business. If we're not, we'll tell you — and point you somewhere better.

What you get from this call
  • A direct answer on whether social media makes sense for your business right now
  • An honest assessment of your current social presence vs. your competitors
  • A package recommendation with a clear rationale — no upselling
  • Zero pressure to make a decision on the call
⏱ Your time

20 minutes. On your schedule. No prep required.

2

Onboarding & Foundation Audit

📅 Week 1 · After you sign

Week one is a deep dive. We learn your business — your services, your team, your local market, your voice, and the competitive landscape in your area. You don't prepare anything. We ask the right questions in a 60-minute kickoff call and do the research ourselves. This is also where we fix the foundation: your Google Business Profile gets optimized, your social profiles get overhauled, and we document your baseline so future results have real context.

What we build in week one
  • Full social media audit: current profiles, content, audience, and competitive gaps
  • Google Business Profile optimization — citations, categories, photos, and review strategy
  • Documented baseline: current inbound lead volume, profile metrics, and starting points
  • Competitor analysis: what your top 3–5 competitors are doing on social, and where the gap is
  • Call tracking setup (CallRail) and UTM infrastructure for attribution
⏱ Your time

60-minute kickoff call. After that, we handle the rest of week one ourselves.

3

Strategy Development

📅 Week 2 · Before first post

We build your 90-day content strategy from scratch — not a template recycled from another client. Your content pillars are specific to your industry, your local market, and what your customers are actually searching for. By the end of week two, you have a full 90-day roadmap in your hands: the platforms, the themes, the posting cadence, and your first month of content ready for your approval.

What you receive at the end of week two
  • 90-day content roadmap: themes, formats, cadence, and seasonal campaigns
  • Content pillars built for your specific industry and NJ/tristate market
  • Platform strategy: where to show up, why, and how often
  • Month one content calendar — every post planned and drafted for your approval
  • Content brief templates your team can use to capture job photos and video clips
⏱ Your time

30 minutes to review the strategy and give feedback. One approval, then we're off.

4

Content Production & Launch

🚀 Days 14–30 · Going live

We create your content — graphics, captions, short-form video scripts, educational posts, and seasonal campaign pieces — and send it to you for approval before anything goes live. You review on your phone, leave a comment if something needs adjusting, and approve. That's it. We handle the scheduling, the posting, and the community management from here. You'll start seeing activity within the first week of going live.

What we produce every month
  • Graphics, captions, and short-form video for every scheduled post
  • Reels, TikToks, and/or YouTube Shorts built for your vertical
  • Educational content addressing the questions your customers are already Googling
  • Seasonal and timely posts tied to your service area and industry calendar
  • Community management: comments, DMs, and review responses handled daily
⏱ Your time

~10 minutes per week to review and approve content before it posts. On your phone.

5

Ongoing Management

🔄 Month 2+ · The steady state

After launch, the rhythm is consistent and low-friction. We create, you approve, it goes live. We handle all community management — comments, DMs, review responses — on your behalf. Every week we're monitoring what's performing, what's getting engagement, and what's driving profile visits to your website. The strategy evolves based on the data, not on gut feel. You won't need to chase us for updates — proactive communication is the default.

What's happening behind the scenes
  • Weekly content creation and scheduling across your platforms
  • Daily community management — no comment or DM goes unanswered
  • Weekly performance monitoring: what's working, what's adjusting
  • Quarterly strategy refresh: content pillars revisited every 90 days
  • Proactive communication — you hear from us before you have to ask
⏱ Your time

~10 minutes per week for content approvals. Nothing else unless you want it.

6

Monthly Reporting & Strategy Call

📊 Monthly · The accountability meeting

Every month, you get a report that starts with the numbers that matter to your business — calls, form fills, DMs, and booked jobs — then shows the social media activity that drove them. The report is designed to be read in under 10 minutes. Then we get on a 30-minute call to walk through results, flag anything we're adjusting, and align on the next 30 days. If something isn't working, you hear it from us before you have to ask.

What's in every monthly report
  • Inbound calls tied to social activity (via CallRail)
  • Form submissions and DM inquiries — volume, source, and intent
  • Website visits from social: clicks, landing pages, and conversion actions
  • Top-performing content that month — and why it worked
  • What we're adjusting next month and why
⏱ Your time

30-minute monthly call. Scheduled around you. That's your full monthly commitment.

Yes, We Use AI. Here's Exactly How.

We use AI tools internally across our content production, research, and reporting workflows. We're transparent about it because it directly benefits you: it means we can produce more content, faster, at prices that don't require a trades business to spend like an enterprise company.

AI handles volume and speed. Our strategists handle judgment, voice, and industry expertise. Every piece of content that posts under your name is reviewed and refined by a human who knows your industry — not generated and auto-published. If you ever want to know exactly where AI is in our workflow, just ask. We won't dodge the question.

AI does this

Draft copy generation, content research, topic clustering, performance pattern analysis, report data pulling, and content repurposing across formats.

Humans do this

Strategy decisions, industry voice calibration, client relationship management, content approval judgment, and every creative call that requires knowing your business.

What this means for you

More content volume at honest pricing. Faster turnaround. Reporting insights that would take a traditional agency hours to produce. You get enterprise-level output at trades-business pricing.

Your Real Time Commitment Each Month

We built the system so your involvement is low. Here's what it actually looks like.

~10 min / week

Content Approvals

Review the week's content before it posts. Leave a comment if something needs tweaking. Approve. Done. On your phone, on your schedule.

30 min / month

Monthly Strategy Call

We walk you through the month's results, flag what we're adjusting, and align on the next 30 days. Scheduled around you. No homework required.

As needed

Quick Questions

"What's the most common job you book in March?" — that kind of thing. Maybe once a month. We never ask for a photo by Thursday.

Your Report Starts With Business Results — Not Social Media Numbers.

Most agencies lead with reach and impressions because those numbers are easy to make look good. We lead with the numbers that tell you whether your phone is ringing more than it was last month.

Every engagement starts with a documented baseline — your current inbound lead volume, your current social metrics — so when results arrive, you can see exactly what changed and what drove it. We set up call tracking, UTM attribution, and form tracking from day one, even at the Foundation tier. If we can't track it, we won't claim credit for it.

1
Inbound Calls from Social Tracked via CallRail, tied to specific posts and platforms. You see exactly which content made your phone ring.
2
Form Fills & DM Inquiries Volume, source, and intent — categorized by estimate request, general inquiry, or booking. Tied to the content that drove them.
3
Website Visits from Social How many people clicked from your profiles to your site, which pages they hit, and whether they took action.
4
Top-Performing Content Which posts drove the most real action that month — and the strategic insight on why, so we double down on what works.
5
Next Month's Adjustments What we're changing and why. The report is a living document — not a pat on the back for numbers that don't move your business.
